In 2010, the company was awarded the Environmental Management Certificate ISO 14001:2015. The certificate assures our clients and business partners that we are actively working to reduce the environmental impact of our products, processes, and services.

In order to address the environmental impact of the production process, sustainable business practices, and resource conservation, "Troja" implemented and certified an energy management system in 2020, based on the ISO 50001:2018 standard.

The PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) Council is a global organization that promotes sustainable forest management by using forest management certification and labeling forest products accordingly. The issued PEFC Chain of Custody certificate with number EQ-PEFC-COC-C2 confirms that all wood products used in production, from roundwood to wood processing end products, come from certified forests. It complies with the standards set by the Latvian government.

All wood products used in production – from roundwood to wood processing end products – are sourced from FSC® certified forests or controlled sources. All products can be purchased as FSC® certified. The company has been issued an FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody (CoC) certificate, which confirms that the company's forest product tracking system has been verified, meaning that all wood products used in production – from roundwood to wood processing end products – come from certified forests. License number - FSC-C005241.

The certificate received in 2005 confirms that SIA "Troja" is an environmentally friendly company, collaborating with SIA "Zaļā josta" to manage waste packaging by ensuring its collection, sorting, and recycling into secondary raw materials, while taking care of the surrounding environment.
