One of last year’s most ambitious projects was the expansion of the warehouse and yard at SIA "Troja" Bauskas Street production facility.
The project's chief architect was Leonīds Tugaļevs, and the main construction contractor was SIA "Troja."
The following additions were made:
- 280 m² of additional warehouse space, which will accommodate up to 300 m³ of finished products.
- A canopy with racks for 15 bicycles.
- A wooden structure relaxation pavilion with a total area of 21.35 m², as well as a smoking area for employees.
- An additional 1631 m² of asphalted space.
The construction works were completed within 8 months.
