In cooperation with SIA “Smart Electric Technology” our company SIA “TROJA” offers charging stations for electric cars which is available for a wider audience and is located next to the factory in Riga, Bauskas Street 143.
The 50 kW high power direct current charging station is equipped with a CCS and a Chademo plugs. Four 22kW AC charging stations equipped with type 2 charging cables are also located nearby.
During the process of purchasing the electricity, SIA “TROJA” made a decision to choose green electricity, which also can be for charging the electric car at this charging station.
Our company also supports the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies, for example, the 222 kW solar panel’s park, which has been installed on the roof of the production building and which is also one of the largest on the territory of Latvia.
Solar panels will generate up to 183,000 kWh of green electricity annually, which makes 12% of the factory’s total electricity consumption. Taking all the advantages that green energy gives, the installation of a solar panel’s park will help save 19.31 tons of CO2 emissions annually, as well as decrease the company's costs in the remote future.
There is a plan of investing the company's funds in the development of the project in the amount of 130.000 EUR which will be refunded during 8 years’ time. The project has been implemented in cooperation with SIA “PV Service” and SIA “EG Inženieri”.
